A SAMPLE SUNDAY LUNCH MENU – AT THE HALL

At Prested we offer a delicious traditional Sunday lunch with all the trimmings.  The Hall is a lovely relaxing setting for Sunday lunch – inside, in one of our handsome reception rooms, or outside on the decking in good weather.   Please always ring 01376 573300 or email reservations@prested.com to check available dates and make your booking as The Hall is closed when we have a Sunday wedding. Thank you.

Starters

 

Tomato & Spiced Lentil Soup (v) with a freshly baked roll (v)

Pan Fried King Prawns with garlic mayonnaise and salad

Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper & Herb Tartlet (v)

Chicken Liver & Bacon Salad with apple and rosemary jelly

 

Main courses

 

Prime aged roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, traditional gravy and creamed horseradish

Roast Leg of Lamb with roast potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, traditional gravy and sloe jelly

Linguine (v) with tomato and basil sauce

Poached Salmon with new potatoes and hollandaise sauce

 

All main courses are served with a selection of fresh, seasonal vegetables

Lemon Posset with crushed meringue and strawberries
