  • Plum Tomato & Sweet Potato Soup ‘v’ served with a freshly baked roll
  • Salmon & Sole Terrine with Salmon Gravadlax & Caviar with cherry tomatoes, salad and lemon oil
  • Chicken Liver Pâté with raisin and ale chutney and toasted brioche

Main courses

  • Traditional Roasted Turkey with chestnut and cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, bread sauce, roast potatoes and a rich roast gravy
  • Braised Lamb Shank with creamy mash potato and red wine jus
  • Grilled Fillet of Plaice with Prawn Farce with duchess potatoes and lemon and dill sauce
  • Feta Cheese, Sun-blushed Tomato & Spinach Filo Parcel ‘v’ with new potatoes and tomato salsa
