A fantastic all-inclusive package for 70 guests, the New Year’s Eve Wedding Package at Prested Hall promises the ultimate combination of romance and party atmosphere.

Make New Year’s Eve a night to remember! Prested Hall is a beautiful 15th-century grade II listed country house – perfect for parties. All bookings include exclusive use of the Hall therefore offering privacy to bridal parties and their guests.

Prested prides itself on attention to detail, especially at this time of the year. Reception rooms twinkle with fairy lights and real Christmas trees appear throughout.

Prested has three rooms that are licensed for civil ceremonies, each with a different style. The Oak Room is a beautiful panelled room with a feature fireplace, perfect for smaller winter ceremonies. The Garden Room is a light room which looks out over the moat and grounds, while The Orangery, the largest room, offers a long aisle and views of the parkland. The choice of ceremony room is just one thing which sets Prested apart from other wedding venues.

Afterwards,  your guests enjoy glasses of Mulled Wine or Winter Pimms in front of our roaring log fire. The scent of cinnamon, orange and fir trees fills the air, and the candlelight flickers.

You and your guests will then be seated in the Orangery for a sumptuous three-course wedding breakfast, accompanied by great wine. With views over the moat and wonderful daylight, it is a beautiful setting in which to toast your marriage with a nice crisp glass of champagne.

Transitioning from day to night is what Prested does best.  You won’t recognise the Orangery, once it has been transformed for your evening reception. Dance the night away with friends and family, and welcome the New Year as the clock approaches midnight.

Lastly, after a nightcap at the bar, you and your guests are guaranteed an excellent nights’ sleep in one of our super comfortable beds.  Complete the celebrations the following morning over a delicious breakfast before you say your farewells.

Included in the New Year’s Eve Wedding Package at Prested are the services of a dedicated events manager. Your wedding manager takes care of all the details, leaving you and your party to enjoy a stress-free celebration.

What you said about our New Year’s Eve wedding package:

Perfect for our NYE wedding

By Tom W, Date of Wedding – 31 Dec 2016

“My wife and I got married at Prested Hall on NYE and we couldn’t speak more highly of the venue and the team. We stayed two nights, arriving Friday 30th… tying the knot on the Saturday. The venue is set in lovely grounds and when you book one of Prested’s wedding packages (which are reasonably priced) you get exclusive use of the entire hotel, including all rooms… so it’s perfect for an intimate function where your guests can stay.

The team kindly put on a hot fork buffet for our guests the night before our wedding which meant we could all mingle and talk before the big day… not to mention tuck into some really lovely food. Rooms are very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and excellent washroom facilities. Breakfast was fab with a great choice of hot and cold, healthy and not-so-healthy options; I preferred the latter!

One very positive point to note on food is that then guys at Prested were brilliant at catering for my mother-in-law who suffers from coeliac disease. It is rare to find any eatery, be it a hotel or a top end restaurant, that can easily adapt a menu and give absolute confidence but Prested went above and beyond our expectations.

Our events manager was absolutely ace. She ran our day with military precision, making sure everyone was where they needed be and that all suppliers were on time. Effectively she took care of everything and we were very happy to let her do so… she clearly takes great pride in her work and it shone through in her ability to deliver exactly what we wanted.”
