If you are looking for a beautiful wedding and events venue in Essex, then look no further. Prested, a beautiful 15th-century part-moated manor house, is one of the country’s best-kept secrets. We are a tranquil and charming estate surrounded by 75 acres of beautiful parkland.
Prested Hall is an excellent choice for a conference venue, a spa day, or perhaps your exclusive Asian wedding. With stylish interiors, beautiful grounds, and friendly, accommodating staff, we have everything you need to have your wedding, your way!
Unlike many other Asian wedding venues, you will have exclusive use of the entire manor house on your special day, allowing you to truly unwind. You will feel like you are embarking on your own private getaway in the heart of the Essex countryside. Couples come from all across the world to experience the beauty of Prested Hall and love having the opportunity to make this historic manor house their own for the day.
Adjacent to the Hall, you will also find Prested Health Club & Spa. The Health Club has a large, well-equipped gym, a 20-meter swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. We are also home to a variety of racket sports such as Real and Padel tennis and have our own Elemis spa and holistic treatment rooms.
A very friendly old style hotel. Set in it’s own grounds, this is a really nice hotel for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the hotel, which is an old style ex Manor House was spotlessly clean. We only spent a couple of days there with friends, was a perfect hotel to relax and catch up. Also surprised at the price, in this present climate it was very reasonable. Would recommend

With 14 rooms available in the Hall, we have plenty of space for your closest family and friends to stay the night after your magical event. Situated just off of the A12 and a five minute drive from the local train station, any other guests will have easy access to the venue and other local hotels.
Whether you are looking for an intimate ceremony or more of a grand affair then Prested Hall has a variety of exquisite function rooms to meet your needs, allowing us to accommodate up to 140 guests for your wedding breakfast.
Food is at the heart of every culture and nothing brings a family or a community together quite food prepared and served with love. Our experienced chefs are masters of British cuisine but if you would prefer your wedding breakfast to represent your culture then we can recommend a plethora of specialist caterers to meet all of your culinary wishes.
