The Hall
Prested Hall is a beautiful, privately owned, 15th-century country manor house, positioned at the end of a tree-lined drive in 75 acres of gorgeous Essex parkland.
We have fabulous reception rooms available for exclusive hire and our delightful waterside Pavilion & Bridge are all licensed for civil ceremonies. So, whether you are looking for an alfresco summer ceremony on the lawn or an intimate winter ceremony in our warming oak-paneled room, Prested has something for all. During the summer months, couples also have the option to dine in our traditional marquee with picture-perfect views out across the manicured lawns, moat, and the stunning parkland beyond, creating the perfect backdrop to any wedding breakfast.
The Hall offers 13 individually styled boutique bedrooms, providing a fantastic night’s sleep for you and up to 32 guests. The accommodation is split over three floors and our rooms are a mixture of double, twin and family rooms all with private facilities.
